Here at Martinique Coffee we have seven unique blends to choose from. Our roasts are classified on a 1-to-4 scale based on their roasting time. Each roast ends only at the point which our master roasters know that the desired intensity will be reached.
Mid-roast, half bodied
Intense fragrance with dry notes of dark chocolate. Complex, sophisticated aroma with herbal and fruity undertones.
The flavor has a soft reminiscent of chocolate with caramel, maple and vanilla notes. It has a clean and lively, almost citric acidity to it.
Chiapas (Huixtla) and Oaxaca (Pluma Hidalgo).
Dark Roast, half-bodied.
This blend bears and intense fragrance with excellent notes of chocolate and honey, alongside an exquisite aroma with a refined and well-rounded bouquet.
Its complex flavors perfectly balance chocolate, fruit jellies, and a floral undertone reminiscent of jasmine brought together by a moderate acidity.
Veracruz (Huatusco, Coatepec, Xalapa),
Chiapas, Oaxaca and Atoyac Guerrero.
Black roast, full-bodied, dense, and robust.
A blend enriched by a heavily accented fragrance of tobacco, timber and spices with a smoky touch and heavy notes of dark chocolate, caramel and wood.
Its flavor is defined by its strong character and flavor. It’s not too bitter, a characteristic of dark coffee, has strong notes of caramel and roasted nuts.
Veracruz, Chiapas, Oaxaca and Guerrero.
Half-roast, full bodied
This blend has a moderately herbal note and a deep aroma with undertones of chocolate, dried fruits, and hazelnut.
The brew bears a well balanced flavor with little aftertaste. It has low acidity with notes of pineapple and lemon.
Veracruz.
Lightly roasted and light-bodied
An intense fragrance evokes light notes of chocolate and caramel. The aroma is soft with soft, herbal undertones.
The blend’s fruity flavor has predominant notes of peach and honey, with a lividly refined and refreshing acidity.
Altura Coatepec and Huatusco Veracruz.
Moderate roast, half-bodied.
Chocolaty aroma. The unique bean selection will become an ideal topic for a chat over coffee.
