NUESTROSPROCESOS

BEAN SELECTION

Our unroasted beans are provided by a select group of growers. We use only cream of the crop from the best regions of Mexico: Coatepec in Veracruz, Huixtla in Chiapas, Pluma Hidalgo in Oaxaca, and Ayotac in Guerrero among others.

In Martinique Coffee, we exercise fair commerce practices, through which we support the dignified labor of our growers, environmentally friendly practices, and the self-sufficiency of the rural zones.
